This is the first I have heard of your request. 
I have a number of the pages from the Centennial program book in a scrapbook. 
I need details of exactly what you are needing.

I know I've asked this before, but I've gotten little response. I'm hoping
someone can help me this time. I'm looking for a copy of the program for the
2003 MPE centennial celebration in Cincinnati. It can be a scanned copy, a paper
