So, this is an open casting call for moderator privelidges. I'm never
here, and I need some people who are.

Just post here if you want in and tell me why. After a week or so, or
after getting enough applications, I will promote a few of you to mods.

If that goes well then I will gradually give more and more controle
over to them.
