start playing for one person (your best friend), then
two or three (your sisters), and so on. until you end
up playing for a little group of people interested in
music and/or piano playing. who can then meet every
month to enjoy an afternoon of music among friends.

Fear only goes away after numerous public failures. One just gets used to the feeling. Try looking for lessons that provides group recital opportunities....
