Lots going on at Musical Justice this week. Thanks again to all the
loyal listeners who've been checking us out lately! We're really
excited about the Alejandro Escovedo tribute, Por Vida, which hit the
stores last Tuesday. It's a great 2 CD set with liner notes from
Dave Marsh that are almost worth the price of the CD alone. The CD
includes the following tracks you'll hear on MJ...
Lucinda Williams "Pyramid of Tears"
Steve Earle & Reckless Kelly "Paradise"
Los Lonely Boys "Castanets"
Cowboy Junkies "Don't Need You"
Jayhawks "Last to Know"
Son Volt "Sometimes"
Plus... a great new track from Alejandro himself... "Break This Time"
The new Old 97's CD "Drag It Up" is out and I'm not saying we're big
fans, but we're playing 6 of the CD's 13 tracks on our current
playlist. The 97's announced some fall tour dates in support of the
new CD. Hopefully, they're playing somewhere near you!

Thanks again for listening!!
Until next time,
