i presume it will be quite a while before any of us non-new yorkers have the
visual pleasure of seeing Mr.Grace slamming his head into his keyboards or Ms.
Vaughn dancing and serenading us all. They will be occupied w/ recoring new
album and trying to find a new label. So, my fellow haunted hearts, we shall
continue on with the hope that soon in all this darkness will be some light. oh,
and ian good luck on your search for the lost cd.

No, I'm just kidding. But being that I do technically own the CD, is
it then ethical/legal for me to download it, rather than buying a new
copy? I know that's how it works with certain software, like video
game ROMs, for example, you are technically allowed to own if you own
the actual cartridge game.

That having been said...I have tons of ROMs and almost no cartridges,
and I think downloading is AWESOME.

I'm going to keep looking for my CD, but thanks for the offer, Edgar.
Worst Case Scenario, I can copy it back from one of the people I made
copies of it for...people who would not otherwise have ever heard of
My Favorite and whose music-bereft lives are made better by it, like
my cousin and brother in Syracuse where I grew up. Or copy it from
one of my friends here in Athens who bought it, which reminds me,
when are MF coming to Athens?
