Hey,

I'm a new fan (thanks to MMJ opening for Pearl Jam) and just bought
tickets to see them in NYC. Can anyone describe what the scene is
like for a MMJ show? When they opened for PJ, most people there were
obviously PJ fans more than MMJ fans and it will be interesting for me
to see what the MMJ community is like.

Also is there any organized efforts for fans to hang out prior to any
shows? Being a PJ fan (and to a smaller extent ex-Deadhead), I'm used
to seeing fans come together to trade tapes, party & hang out. Is
this the best place to see any posts of who's meeting up B4 a show?
