Hi, all. The video in question should be the PBS documentary that
was aired only in New York and only one time. If there are other
videos around, they were either taped off of the one television
viewing or they are from a performance shot by a fan.

Copies are not being made available to the public. I don't know why.
It's obviously a legal issue but I don't know from which side. I'm
close family and only just received a copy a few months ago.
