DEAR FRIENDS,

Closing notice has been posted, and unless we sell 600 tickets by the
weekend, my revue "Listen To My Heart - The Songs of David Friedman"
will close Upstairs at Studio 54 this Sunday. We finally have our
marketing program in place, but it will take a month to implement, and
unless we are sustained by ticket sales or a surprise infusion of
cash, we will not make it past this week.

So if you've wanted to see the show, or if you've seen it and have
been planning to come back or bring friends, please come now and help
us stay alive.

Tickets are $60 for the best center seats, but if you're on a budget,
a $25 ticket can be had (they're a little more on the side but you can
see from anywhere in this small theater) by visiting Telecharge.com or
calling (212) 239-6200 and giving them Code #LHDFEM9.

Also, if you would please forward this to your entire email list and
post it on websites it would be greatly appreciated.

The cabaret and online community have always been my biggest
supporters, as they were Nancy LaMotts, and if anyone can keep this
show alive I know you can.
