Dearest Team Nancy: I got this from Chris yesterday.

"I wanted to give you an update in regard to Nancy.
We should know in December if the money is in place to have a TV movie of the
week done about Nancy's life and career. It is still a bit of a long shot--- but
oh my- the difference it would make.
That is why the posting on YOUTUBE is also so so important. First of all-
YOUTUBE caters to a young viewership...that both buys and watches--- and is very
tech and computer savvy.
Most people who are her fans have never seen her in person- let alone in an
actual video footage.
I think it is a totally great way to network and let people see for themselves.
Not everyone has to like her----but she is awfully hard not to love!
Hence - any spreading of the word of the YOUTUBE listing--- and asking each
Nancy team member to be like a tree and grow branches for Nancy.
It would stir up a lot of interest in a new and powerful way.
ALSO: within 2007 we will have actual GREAT video footage on a DVD, for sale.
It will be most of and the best of her actual TV appearances on network
television. And some of back from when I had a mustache. Oh my gosh the years
are flying...
Plus--- David is very close to finishing the mix of the new album "ASK ME
AGAIN" which is a 2 CD set-that will be of the performances we did on live radio
here in NYC. The audio quality is rather excellent -- and what is more - they
are actual "live" as they went out on the air performances. Totally awesome---
they are unedited and just as we did them in the moment on WQEW, which was
Jonathan Schwartz station.
Plus the at least 4 other CD, and then DVD of her shows, etc., can come out
later. Nancy would be turning 55 this year if she were alive -- shocking to me.
I only see her forever as young. And-she still has a lot of life in her."

I would encourage every one of us at Team Nancy to spread the YouTube link
around by adding it to our signatures to our e-mail messages. This way our
friends and family members who have not yet surrendered their hearts to Nancy(!)
can see and hear her and Chris for themselves. I have added the link to all of
my e-mail addresses, even to the one I use for Carpenters fan mail account.

Like Chris has suggested, Team Nancy can be David's and Chris's strongest group
of ambassadors for Nancy. Come on, folks. That fan on YouTube has supplied us
with a powerful evidence we can use.

Let's get the world for Nancy!
