My mum who is disabled and I went to a Billy Ray concert when he
appeared in the UK, after the concert those who where disabled were
taken to meet him in person. The guy was really friendly and met all
his fans both young and old on their level, never standing over them
but croatching down and making then feel individually special. He
took the time to talk to us all and welcomed having his photo taken,
not only did it make my evening, but that of a lot of disabled fans.
