The time is drawing near for the countdown to
begin. Countdown to 2002, the year of the palindrome.
The last palindrome year was 1991, but the next one
won't be rolling around until 2112, when the meek
inherit the earth. What does it all mean? Well, hopefully
it means another release from the boys in
Negativland. Their website says "DEATHSENTENCES OF THE
POLISHED AND STRUCTURALLY WEAK" might be out in 2002; I'm
keeping MY fingers crossed, palindromatically, of course.
