NEO Harpers is the NorthEast Ohio chapter of the International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen (ISFHC). Members include all levels of harpestry, from new beginner to professional players. Members meet bi-monthly in a harp circle to share and enjoy music, the more skilled helping the less skilled improve technique. It's a great place to meet others with similar interests, and perhaps form small ensemble groups, find a harp teacher, or just enjoy companionship and music. All are welcome.

Current maintainer of the roster is Peggy Reid (pegasus0831@verizon.net). Peggy usually sets the date and place of meetings, and serves as primary contact for the group. She is centrally located in Cleveland.
Far east side contact would be Dreama Powell (dreamarona@webtv.com), in Cuyahoga Falls.

NEO Harpers is actively involved in promoting harpestry in Northeastern Ohio, with members, and sometimes ensembles, running and/or appearing at the Ohio Scottish Festival, Leetonia Celtic Festival, and other events around the Cleveland/Akron/Canton areas. Individual members may be available for activities on a limited basis - please enquire into one of the above by e-mail if you have an interest.
