A few things happening at Ninthwave.

the Smile.dk album comes out next week - to celebrate we put up a new
track from them on the homepage.

In about 4 weeks a new Garland Cult remix album comes out -
Glitterazi. I put up a new track on there, the band's cover of "A
Girl Called Harmony." Very good stuff. The album will be out
Digitally but also a limited number of promo copies wil be made

Speaking of which, I have a box of Figaro CDrs I made up from promo
purposes. This is a cdr with a printed disc housed in a slimline
jewel case with a color sleeve . It has on it the full album plus two
extra Steve Bronski remixes not on the labum (or online due to some
complications...)

This is going out to some radio stations and DJs, but if you want
acopy just paypal me $5 ($7 for airmail) use the
info@... address. This is not for sale anywhere
(even ADD!) so if you want it...

Heaven 17's cover of "Don't Fear the Reaper" will be featured on HBO's
new series "Tru Blood" on September 28.

Tru Blood is about an alternative world much like our own where
Vampires live among regular flk and drink synthetic blood instead of
human blood. Looks pretty cool to me!!...

FIGARO is the name for solo electro music project of Aidan Casserly,

ESH Play Retrofest!
22/06/2008 :: Empire State Human
Irelands' Empire State Human will be making a debut live appearance at
this Summer?s RETROFEST festival at Strathclyde Country Park in
Scotland . The event is over the weekend of August 30th/31st with ESH
playing on Sunday August 31st.
On the bill are a host of 80s legends, including Boy George, Boney M,
Howard Jones, Paul Young , Midge Ure, Kajagoogoo, The Blow Monkeys,
10cc, The Bangles, Kim Wilde, The Christians, Nik Kershaw, China
Crisis and Mari Wilson. ESH will be on at 7pm, so get all your
electro-celt fans to come along to support us!
