Actually, you can pre-order the boxed set on amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com
for less than 50 bucks. They also have the RS DVD and the Singles Album and
stuff.

Rumor has it that the Box Set is pretty expensive...I've heard around $70
The Single and the DVDs are around $14
