happy frickin' new year!

in an effort to get back on a regular weekly update schedule i'm going
against my inclination and sending an update out on saturday (normally
i'd consider it too late!)... besides, folks have been away and the
first show of the new year is frickin' killer!

been going crazy for their album since last spring and i'm apparently
not alone - matador record just announced they'll be putting out their
third album in the fall (their second album comes out on siltbreeze
next month)... but since i love ya'll, i invited them to swing by last
