***APARTMENT WANTED***

Hey, I'm looking for a new apartment for May 1. No brokers.
One bedroom or studio. I'll can pay up to $1200, hoping to pay
alot
less (it all depends on the space). LES, East Village, DUMBO,
Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, Carroll
Gardens ... hopefully something near the F train. Must be cat
friendly. If you have any leads, please send them my way.

Looking for a new roommate for my Jersey City apartment. It's
a few blocks from the PATH train. Beautiful Victorian apartment
with lots of character. The room for rent is huge, with high
ceilings and two big windows that get lots of sun. Also huge
shared bathroom and kitchen. Rent is $700 (somewhat
negotiable).
Can be very short or very long term, with potential to take over
the apartment. Very convenient commute to the West Village ...
i get from my front door in JC to my desk in the East Village in
35 minutes at rush hour.
