house
Matthew Herbert is one of the most brilliant, innovative house
producers in the world. His live set is unbelievably good.
He put out a mix cd on Tresor a while back that is one of the
best mixes i have ever heard. He DJed at some private party
in NYC on New Years Eve and I got several reports that he
sucked. But there's always a good chance that he will blow
your mind, so i have to recommend highly. (Beware: drinks
are incredibly expensive at APT, and it's gonna be very
crowded. Get there as early as possible if you don't have
a ticket yet.)

lately playing alot of incredible midtempo dance breaks, but it's
hard to predict what he's gonna flip.

I say: these are a bunch of the Intuition guys (and others),
throwing a party in a private Williamsburg loft. They threw a
NYE party that generated many good reports. They give a shit
and are trying to do a good thing here, seems worthy of
support. and $20 is not bad at all when you consider it's
an open bar all night.
