"This month we welcome two of this country's exciting new
experimental hardcore and breakcore artists. Bombardier has
always brought a European hardcore edge to his breaks, thus
featured with DJ Scud on Christoph de Babalon's Crossfade
Entertainment label and a staple of Detroit's Low Res hardcore
imprint. His newest "Angels and Demons" CD as Division 13
throbs away with thick atmospherics and rugged breaks. We like
his bombast and live energy and haven't seen him play in a
couple years - should be fun! Kevin Parrish works in a variety of
styles with more techno stuff floating up on Mute Records and
more breakcore stuff, like his set from his new "Jed ep" on
Eupholus Records which he'll be debuting tonight. Eupholus
Records from Ann Arbor, MI has hosted both of these artists and
reflects the same aesthetic that Broklyn Beats harbors:
homemade sleeves, edgy bedroom production and a sharp
urgency!"

electro (and some killer house tunes) under many different
guises. This is a very rare chance to catch him live. Tipper plays

This week our special guest is Jeremy aka Scratch Famous of
the Deadly Dragon Sound System. He doesn't really scratch,
and i wouldn't call him famous, but the man has insanely deep
knowledge of Jamaican music, and the record collection to prove
it. You can always hear the quality the instant he steps up to the
decks. His weekly party at Angel on Wednesdays has become
one of the best reggae parties in the city. We're very excited
to hear him drop some dancehall at the Bunker.

Healamonster and Tarsier: A psychedelic fantasy land created
with delicate vocals, light piano, a harshly fuzzed out drum
machine and mischievous electronic sounds.
Honeychild: In her so-lo-fi-electro project, she cultivates
"beautiful noise, chaos, and gritty structure" with hints of rock
elements, accompanied by visual artist Jane D'Arensbourg's
video and animation projections.
koosil-ja: The powerbook computer driven groove and her
visceral vocal style contrast and compete only to heighten
koosil-ja's emotional state.
