Hi, I bought the 'harpa from Mike in Liverpool back in the Summer, I
expect he got it from Sweden. I dont know anything of it's history,
sorry. It must be quite an early 4 row instrument though, I don't know
when they started building them. It ends today on ebay, hopefully it's
going to Geoff in New Zealand where there are three players :-)

I wold love to hear from 'harpa players in the UK. There are a few
coming to Lancaster in April for the Hurdy-gurdy festival. I hope to
have some proper workshop's for 'harpa players at next year's
festival. Is anyone interested in a harpa get together this April
though?
