Update:
We may not be able to get a slot in the upcoming 2^nd July OLPS Feast Day dinner. As such, Fe Holmberg and I will be working on getting some slots at any Charity Homes (old folks, young kids.. anything) for July, and work out a performing programme from there to perform every 2 months. Anyone has any links, please let me know!

WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR MUSICIANS…
As of now, we have 4+2 violinists (Samantha, Fe, Clarice, Joanna, Abigail-currently away, Gerald-may not be able to come when school starts). We still need more violinists. And cellists. Please spread the word that we are still looking!

If there's anyone who's keen to help me in the ADMIN to spread out this search for musicians, please volunteer and respond. We can work on contacting the people we know, music groups, schools, and other east churches. I need

REJOIN THE ORCHESTRA?
For those who play other brass/woodwind instruments, could you reply this email to inform me whether you'd like to join back to the Orchestra? If you are keen, we can explore different small ensembles such as strings & flute, strings & clarinet, or guitar.. instead of the whole symphonic orchestra as it is not feasible at this point of time.

TAIZE SESSION --- August 5 (Sat)
In fact, the orchestra is invited to send players down to a Taize Session on August 5. Richard, who played guitar with us, will be there. Me too, on violin. Any other players interested? Violin, Cello, Flute, Clarinet, are relevant. Quiet instruments, not the loud instruments unfortunately. The rest of you are invited to attend to know what is Taize all about. More details on time later. This is held in OLPS, to commemorate the passing of Bro. Roger, one of the Taize brothers.
