Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in York Springs, PA will present a program based on
the music and events of J S Bach (1685-1750). Soli Dei Gloria: An Afternoon
with Bach, is a multi-media program that explores the life and music of J. S.
Bach. Music of Bach, Buttstedt, Buxtehude, Froberger, Pachelbel, Reincken,
Scheidt and Walther will be performed on the 1986 2-manual, 13-stop
mechanical-action Taylor and Boody, Opus 12 by organists Norman Selby (York, PA)
and Miriam Meglan (Frederick, MD) with other parishioners assisting in the
program. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall (ground level). Access
to the Nave is either by the stairs or an elevator. Parking is to the right-side
and rear of the Church and Church School building.
