* It turns out new member Yangchen Lin from Singapore and I share a
common thread in our history. For both of us, St. Stephansdom in
Vienna holds special meaning. Stephansdom is the place where I first
heard live organ music, in October 1989. Though I didn't start
learning organ until 1996, the memory of my experience at glorious
Stephansdom definitely contributed to the decision to begin taking
lessons. The organ that I heard now stands silent, and I was
especially pleased to see wonderful pictures and description of
Yangchen's exploration of the Kaufmann instrument at St. Stephansdom.

A writer at Slashdot aptly titled this "Musical Robots Invade
