(Apologies if you get this message 2 or 3 times... I tried to send it to
two eGroups lists at once, but it doesn't seem to have made it to
originalchicks@egroups.com. Normally, you'll only get a message a week,

I have *confirmed* with the news department at Dallas CBS affiliate KTVT
Channel 11 that they *will* be running the interview with founding Dixie
Chick Laura Lynch, at 8pm Central Time *tonight*! Please note the time
change -- ABC moved 20/20 up an hour, and CBS has reshuffled their schedule
to match.

The KTVT representative said that Laura had "interesting things" to say,
but left it at that. What a tease! He said that the interview will not
take up the whole 8 o'clock hour, but will be "incorporated into" CBS' new
"60 Minutes II" program.

What this means, I do not know. Will the interview be part of the national
broadcast? Dixie Chicks fans (new and old) may want to tear themselves
away from the devil in a blue dress and check it out. But here in Dallas,
it's confirmed... Channel 11 is the only game in town tonight.

By the way, at 9pm (while Barbara is still wallowing in the mud), CBS
affiliates will be running a repeat of "Touched By An Angel" featuring
Wynonna and Celine Dion.

You'll hear all about that silly interview on the late news. Do yourself a
favor and turn it to CBS tonight!
