I just received this message that should be of interest to all fans of the
first two Dixie Chicks CDs (that is, "Thank Heavens for Dale Evans" and
"Little Ol' Cowgirl"). Robin Macy's new group, Big Twang, is now taking
advance orders for their first release, "Pastures of Plenty". As guitarist
Troy Gilchrist notes below, the bigtwang.com site is still taking shape --
you'll need to send a note to their email (info@...) for more details.

Be sure to check out the site -- there's a great picture of the band on the
