** Radar Range cassette for sale **

Probably the rarest of all pre-Natalie Dixie Chicks items is the 45 rpm
single from Christmas 1991. With two beautiful holiday-themed tracks (one
featuring Robin, one featuring Laura), it's a shame that the tracks are not
available in some official compilation. With Sony and the Chicks embroiled
in legal disputes, it's even less likely that any of the "Old Chicks"
material will be released any time soon.

This auction isn't for the 45rpm version, but for the cassette
single. Even if you don't usually purchase tapes, this is a must-have if
you're trying to build a complete Dixie Chicks collection.

The seller is very reputable -- he's the owner of the
ChickBoots@yahoogroups.com discussion list, and he knows the real thing
from a fake. This is the real thing, and I highly recommend him as a
seller. I'd buy from him -- but I suspect this item will quickly pass my
limited budget!

** Robin Macy Interview **

In advance of her upcoming return to Dallas with Big Twang, Robin Macy has
done an interview with Tom Geddie for Dallas' Buddy Magazine. Buddy is a
monthly publication that covers the local music scene, and Tom Geddie is
one of Dallas' most knowledgeable and literate music writers. The
interview should be great! Check out his interview with Texas artist Annie
Benjamin in the current online edition.
