Have you heard of Skelpin group   Message List

Anybody heard of a local Irish music group called "Skelpin"? Are they
any good? I found out about a concert they are having at Old Town
Poway park on Aug 5th & am thinking about going. Sounds like
traditional Irish music.

Here's their web site. Concert info listed under their web site
under "gigs." $15 per ticket.

Skelpin is pretty far from what I consider traditional Irish music (Danu, Altan, Lunasa). They do use mostly traditional Irish tunes, but the resemblance ends...
