Hi Eliene,
Well, I went to the concert with my wife. It was a lot of fun, and
very lively. GLad I went, but you were right, I'd say about 70% of
their stuff was way modern and definately not old traditional Irish;
however they did about 30% stuff that resembles Irish folk.
Patric Petrie was unbelievable on the fiddle, gosh she can play that
thing. Tim Foley was veryenjoyable on the whistle & ullian pipes.
By the way, which Tuesday nites do you and Michael play at the
Ouldsod? I'm trying to talk my buddy into coming down with me to
check the place out in the next few weeks.
