Hi! I have just joined this group. Outsider music is a new term to me.

I wonder: Is a tobias an outsider musician? He never does concerts,
but has been recording songs for years. He never puts them on the
market though. And I'm quite fond of his music.
I just want to get to know the outsider term a little better.
