Congratulations on that review... reviewer doesn't realize that the drone is
actually produced by Kenneth's repetition of an ancient Tibetan mantra
through his ear cavitites as he sings, reviewer's loss... (ah ha ha! ;)
*is the show tonight broadcast, or only online? Sounds like only online, so
doofuses such as myself without equipment are bereft?

Just a quick reminder that I'll be live on KSUN tonight sometime
between 6 and 7:30. Listen online at www.sonoma.edu/ksun
I'll also be playing a couple of tunes at the Elliott Smith Tribute
at the SSU Pub that starts at 8pm tonight.
Oh, and I got a new review from Mmmph Zine in the mail today.

Owen "Psychedelic Tour De Force" CDR--- This is a folk, lo-fi, sleep
core CD produced by Girl In A Box Records. Owen is Zach, Kenneth, a
bunch of unique instruments, and a Casio Keyboard. Most of the time
while I was sitting there listening to the album I kept
thinking "Man...I wish I could get my keyboard to do some of that
stuff." This album definitely experiments with a bunch of different
styles and unique sounds throughout each song. On some tracks the
vocals begin to drone and are covered up by the music, but I still
like this CD.
