This list is dedicated to discussing the E-mu Proteus 2000 family of synthesizer modules. While the focus of the list is using, programming, and supporting the P2K engine, the list is open to people who don't own the P2k yet but may be considering it.

This list is unmoderated and occasional non-P2K discussions (but hopefully still synth related) are acceptable. Please put "OT" in the subject line when submitting a message that's not about the P2K. The two things that will NOT be tolerated are flame wars and list spamming.

NOTE: Your subscription request MUST be accompanied by a short note to validate that you're a synthesist/musician. Any requests that aren't clearly from a fellow musician/synthesist will be denied. Sorry to do this, but there are too many spam-bots making automated subscription requests.
