For US Distribution Only

All right, folks, please read carefully, as some of the menus may have changed
:-)

Those of you in the US. Here is where we stand...I had a chat with Sandeep and
this how we are proceeding with US distrib.

Sandeep needs the money by Aug 20. But since that is not enough time, he is
going to chip in from his personal account, until he gets my check to him.

So far I have recieved the following orders. Quantity Ordered is to the left of
your name

1 Alok Srivastava
3 Anit Giri
1 Arun Verma
1 Ashok Sharma
1 Atish Mitra
1 Dibyendu Sengupta
1 Dipak Joshi
1 Kaushik Roy
1 Malhar Ambhaikar
1 Prakash jain
1 Rajneesh Uzgare

After discussing with Sandeep, the costs involved are:

CD costs + Bank Charges for clearing US Check + Courier from India to US +
Shipping/Handling in US + (possible custom duties may be charged, I am not
sure).

I am sending Sandeep a personal check for $100.00 today on our behalf. That will
hopefully cover all costs and will cover any late requests that come in after
today.

All told, I had indicated $4.00 earlier. But that may not be enough. So why
don't you all send me a check for $5.00 for each CD you are ordering.

If for any reason costs go past $5.00 per CD, then I will keep you posted.

If there is any balance left in the $100 that Sandeep gets from me, I will work
out an adjustment with him.

BOTTOM LINE, Sandeep and I are paying in advance for all of us; You can send
$5.00 per CD you are ordering to:

Sandeep: Above address is also the shipping address where you can courier the
CDs to. I am sending you the check right now. Since weekend is coming up, it
might not leave US borders until Monday.
