Dear Marc,
By now, you have seen the show and saw that they did play around 2
hours and 45 mintues. Just as they did in LA on 3/23.
HOwever, let me tell you that I am one of the fortunate ones who was
present at their first Hungarian gig on May 8th, 1985. Since Pat's
grandfather is Hungarian, he was very pleased to play for Hungary the
first time. In honor of his Hungarian heritage, they did play an
extra long show. It was some 3 hours and 45 minutes. We were going
crazy. It was fantastic. the only other performer who gave a 3 hour
50 minute show that I've seen is Bruce Springsteen. You really get
your money's worth with these guys.
