What's an off-topic pitch between Friends? Operadykes!   Message List

Howdy! I know I've never posted here, but I know my PDQ Bach, I
*swear*! I could sing 'Found a Peanut' in the original Thevillian!
I know who really wrote Pachelbel's Canon! That's why I hope you
don't mind an ever-so-slightly skewed advert for my new group: The
Operadykes group ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/operadykes ) is for
anyone interested in discussing the sapphic side of opera. Right
now we have a few mezzo-lovers, and a dedicated soprano worshiper;
conversation has ranged from news on recently out-and-gleeful dyke
couple Patricia Racette and Beth Clayton to idle speculation on what
Rosina and the Marschallin would do in bed together. The tone is
free-form and light-hearted. It's mainly to gather together the
strange breed of operagoing queer chicks from the lonely scattered
reaches in which they usually find themselves, but everyone -- het,
queer, girl or boy -- is very welcome. Please join if you're
interested, and tell your friends.

yours, respectfully,
M.K.K.
