It appears to be a list of downloadable files of performances by
Granieri, or references to same, apparently a classical singer. I
don't recall a list of such being requested on this list (though I have
not checked the archives). Unless the sender posts an explanation of
forwarding this because 'it is neat' then it is basically unusually
high class spam.
