I have lost my "Definitive Biography of P.D.Q. Bach" -- by lending it
to some forgotten, and evidently unscrupulous, acquaintance.
While I wait to purchase another copy, I wish to use one/some of the
bizarre scores -- with notes falling from the stave, twisted scores,
etc. -- as part of a joke for the cast of Guys and Dolls which our
small-town theatre troupe is presenting.
One of my unofficial tasks in the troupe is to create sarcastic
messages to post in the dressing rooms, makeup rooms and backstage.
Since the cast is required to sing "Follow the Fold" (a Salvation Army-
like tune) as badly off-key as they can, I would like to post a P.D.Q.
Bach score as an indication of our horrific rendition.
If any member has the Definitive Biography, and would be willing to
scan one/some of the scores for attachement in the Files section, I
would appreciate it.
