Back in the late 60' or early 70's, John used to play records by a group of
fiddle players from some island up in the North Sea. It might have been the
Friesians or something, but I can't remember. The name of the band sticks in my
mind, but I have no idea of the correct spelling. Phonetically it was something
like:

Speiler Menila Oy Hoy De Lum

Not knowing how to spell the name, all internet searches proved fruitless.

Can anyone help please?
