Doug Gillard returns to Cleveland performing with a full band
Friday May 18th, at Cleveland's Beachland Tavern. Backing DG are
bassist Ed Sotelo (New Lou Reeds, Cobra Verde) and Eric Vogt (Gem,
Viva Caramel) on drums. Doug's set includes new songs from his
forthcoming album.
Saturday, May 19th, Doug participates in a Q&A following the
Cleveland premiere of American Cannibal at The Cleveland Cinematheque.
Directors Michael Nigro & Perry Grebin are the other panelists. (Doug
scored and performed the film's soundtrack.) The screening begins at
7:50 pm. The film also plays Sunday, May 20 at 8:50 pm. (Note: No Q&A
for the Sunday show.)
