-------------------------------------------------
3. SPREAD THE NEWS
-------------------------------------------------

You may post announcements to the global YES fanbase by submitting them to
"Spread the News" at YesServices. Here are some of the latest news items:

(a) Attention Fans of Steve Howe! Diane Swible is planning a trip for
YES fans to see Steve Howe at the Classic American Guitar Show in New York.
She would like to round up as many YES fans as possible to travel with
her. She will be driving from Malden, Massachussetts. The show's dates
are May 4th & 5th in Plainview, New York. It is being held at The
Vanderbilt, 1600 Round Swamp Road. Steve Howe will appear at the show to
celebrate the release of the long awaited CD, "Masterpiece Guitars" which
he recorded with guitarist Martin Taylor, using dozens of instruments from
the famed Chinery Collection. Anyone interested in making the trip, please
contact: "Diane Swible" <gretz99@...>. For more information about
the Classic American Guitar Show, see:
<http://www.tcguitar.com/pages/show.html>

(b) YesFans.com celebrated its first birthday on April 2, 2002!
Congratulations to Tim Lutterbie on the creation and management of one of
the internet's finest YES conversation sites! Participants now number over
1,800. Multiple forums are available for talking about every possible
aspect of our favorite band. All YES fans are invited to participate! You
can visit YesFans at: <http://www.yesfans.com/>.

(c) Jon Anderson's youngest daughter, Jade, is releasing her debut album,
"Dive Deeper." It should be available in stores on June 4, 2002. The song,
"Sugar High" will be the first single released. Jade now has an official
website, featuring a video bio and four music samples from the new album.
For a limited time, you can watch the full-length video for "Sugar High" in
Real Video or Windows Media, downloadable from Jade Anderson Online
<http://www.jadeandersononline.com/>.

(d) YES took top honors in five categories in the annual "Best of" Prog
Music Poll conducted by the Rock Progressivo Brasil Forum:
Best Album: "Magnification"
Best Band: YES
Best Guitar Player: Steve Howe
Best Bass Player: Chris Squire
Best Vocal Performance: Jon Anderson
Complete results from the poll can be viewed in Portuguese at:
<http://www.rockprogressivo.com.br/result_best2001.htm>

-------------------------------------------------
4. AND YOU AND I
-------------------------------------------------

Please note this change:

Following the incomprehensible decision by Yahoo to dismantle all of its
online clubs, the former "Yahoo YES Club" has taken their future into their
own hands. The group has established a new name, settled online at a new
homebase, and now has a new URL. The Yahoo Yes Club is now called
SOUNDCHASER.ORG. Although the new website has areas that are still being
constructed, the conversational forum is fully operational, and can be
accessed at: <http://www.soundchaser.org/> Join the conversation!

There have been two recent additions to the "AND YOU AND I" collection of
online groups, clubs, and email lists which feature YES as a focus.

(a) We are pleased to welcome "South American Khatru" (S.A.K.), an email
list for South American YES fans. It is technically an English-language
group, but members of S.A.K. also speak Portuguese and Spanish. Write in
any of those three languages, and you'll be warmly welcomed! The
associated website, <http://www.sak.com.br>, is in Portuguese. You can
join S.A.K. at this URL: <http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sakyesfanclub/>

(b) Also new is the Progressive Music Society. This rapidly growing
online community shares a love of old and new Progressive Music. Prog,
Fusion, Space Rock, Jazz, Electronic Music, New Age, and any other esoteric
forms of music all have a voice here. The Progressive Music Society also
holds a weekly online chat every Friday night at 9:00 PM EST. You can join
this online group at:
<http://groups.yahoo.com/group/progressivemusicsociety/>

-------------------------------------------------
5. NEW AT YESSERVICES
-------------------------------------------------

In response to requests from visitors to YesServices, two new areas have
recently opened:

(a) "TIME AND A WORD" features links to YES history, tours, set lists,
and biographical information from a variety of sources.

(b) "INTO THE LENS" features links to online photographs of the band,
concert and casual, taken by both amateurs and pros. If you have posted YES
photographs to a website, please send us the URL and we'll be glad to share
your link with YES fans around the world.

-------------------------------------------------
6. NEW IN THE FANSHOP
-------------------------------------------------

(a) The exquisite art of Pía Matozzi is now available in the YesServices
FanShop! Her unique artistic style, combining colored pencils and pastels,
creates imaginative, expressive visions, both dreamy and bold. Her work
suggests a special feeling of peace, tranquillity and enjoyment -- an
invitation to an imaginary world beyond time and space. Pía has had seven
exhibitions in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her art has also been exhibited in
Spain and England. Pía is currently living in Great Britain, and has been a
devoted YES fan for 26 years. We are happy to welcome her to the FanShop,
and encourage YES fans to explore her wondrous inspiration.

(b) "Transmit Polaris," the new 9-track CD release by Jon Wiggins, is now
featured in the FanShop. Jon is an avid YES fan from Atlanta, Georgia, and
has been inspired and influenced by the band for 27 years. Progressive and
distinctive, "Transmit Polaris" moves through a huge spectrum of styles and
sounds -- acoustic, electric and synthetic. Although the compositions
include bass, keyboards, electric and acoustic guitars, Wiggins also uses
the computer as an additional instrument. "The music is very much about the
presence of computers, and I do try to let its presence be felt in the
music, rather than hiding it," said Wiggins. Check it out at the
YesServices FanShop!

(c) The Store for Music Record Label in Great Britain has established a
FanShop sale site which offers many CDs that will be of interest to YES
fans. "A Tribute to YES," produced by Adam Wakeman, is available now.
This CD features performances by Judie Tzuke, Chrissie Hammond, Dougie
White, Eddie Hardin, Steve Overland and Damian Wilson. It also includes
Rick Wakeman playing on "Roundabout" and "Wonderous Stories". The Store
for Music will also offer Rick Wakeman's CD releases, "Classic Tracks,"
"The Definitive Music Of...," "Almost Live in Europe," "White Rock II,"
"Fields of Green," "Live in Buenos Aires," and "Art in Music Trilogy" (a
3-CD box set).

(d) The long-awaited videotape, "Yescapade 2001: Kelseyville, CA" is now
for sale in the YesServices FanShop. Portanova Productions has released the
only official, professionally produced video of this unique event,
authorized by Left Bank Organization. On July 28, 2001, approximately 350
YES fans from 17 states and 9 countries gathered in Northern California for
this Fan & Band party, surrounded by spectacular scenery, right at the foot
of Mount Konocti on the shore of Clear Lake. Memories of a lifetime were
created! Now you can relive the magic of that day! View the beautiful
landscape, hear what fellow fans have to say about the band, and listen to
what YES had to say in their own witty style, punctuated by their
ever-present and affectionate laughter! VHS, NTSC format, approximately
one hour in length.

(e) Coming soon.........

(i) The YesServices FanShop will soon be a distribution point for Stuart
Chambers' new book entitled, "YES: An Endless Dream of '70s, '80s and '90s
Rock Music."

(ii) The FanShop will also be offering some wonderful CDs by YES tribute
bands, inspirational posters and writings by Gabrielle Perrault, new
artwork by YES-inspired artists, and uplifting artistic creations from
members of the Jon Anderson Opio Foundation for UNICEF
<http://opioemporium.11net.com/>. They're on the way!

Also currently available: Paul Rogers' eclectic and modern mixed-media
artworks and comic books; Wendy Vig's book of poetry, "Fountains of Gold,"
beautifully illustrated by Jon Anderson; and Alan Giana's gorgeous,
limited-edition lithograph prints, inspired by YES lyrics.

The FanShop exists for YES-inspired artists, writers, musicians and
manufacturers who wish to share their perspectives and sell their materials
to other YES fans. If you are such an artist, with "YES-appropriate"
merchandise, please contact us. There are guidelines and requirements for
placement in the FanShop, and all inquiries are welcome! All sales are
between buyer and seller only.

7. SPECIAL NOTICE
-------------------------------------------------

ProgressForum is closing out its inventory of the fabulous "YES Music
Circle Archives."

The YES Music Circle supporters club began in 1980 as a free YES
newsletter, authored by Tiz, after she received enthusiastic encouragement
from Jon Anderson. From those humble origins, the newsletter grew into an
enthusiasts' magazine of the same title, supplemented in 1992 by
"Progress" magazine, relating to the full genre. (Both publications are to
re-launch -- if sufficient numbers of people email Tiz saying "yes" to a
need for paper-based magazines about YES and music that progresses.)

For a limited time, ProgressForum is offering the first 12 issues of the
"Yes Music Circle Archives" as The Definitive Collectors Archive Set.

Each issue has eight A4-size pages -- 96 pages total.

The Archive booklets are highly collectible compilations of rare
black-and-white YES photographs from the 1970s -- many never before
published. They also feature many dozens of 1970s British professional
music press articles -- YES news, images, interviews and reviews from that
early period that many consider the band's most creative and productive.

These rare publications are "Must-Haves" for any dedicated YES collector or
completist! Supplies are limited. The Definitive Collectors Archive Set
is available by mail order for $12 US, including shipping from England to
any U.S. address.

Make checks in US dollars payable to "T Hay" and send by snailmail to:
