No, the last we got from the publishers was "4-8" weeks or some similar answer but that was about four weeks ago . . . I have e-mailed them again this morning...
I just received this book yesterday. And I just got Magnification last week. (neither of which is yet avaiable in the U.S. of course & the book at this point...
