Yes, Michael Ochs is Phil's younger brother. He was at one time Phil's manager.
Later he began the Michael Ochs archives, accumulating rock and roll
memorabilia(mainly photographs)from all over, many items which were about to be
relegated to the trashbin(literally) and from there to the trashbin of history.
Most recently I believe the archives he started were sold to Getty images.

I was watching VH1 yesterday and saw “The History of Rock and Roll”. Phil
chs was on one of the videos doing “I Aint Marchin Anymore”. Then later in
he show, Michael Ochs was interviewed and they had a subtitle of “Michael
chs – Rock n Roll Historian”. I assumed this is Phil’s brother, does
nyone know?
