Hi Choir,

It seems like most people are unable to make rehearsals so the choir will
not be involved in the Christmas service this year.

If any band members can, please let me know ASAP! We can go without a
rehearsal, you would just need to be there for the dress rehearsal on
Thursday night and the performance Sunday night.

Dear Choir members and band,

We would like the choir with the band to contribute a song to the Christmas
concert on December 12th. We realize this is last minute, but we are hoping
you will consider going the extra mile to fit in a practice this week so we
might participate.

Would you be willing to come to a rehearsal on Wednesday night at 7:00 pm.
at the church and a dress rehearsal Thursday night? We would only be
practicing one song on Wednesday, so you can expect to be there for about an
hour at the most.

Childcare will be provided.

This is urgent so please respond as quickly as you can with a yes or a no.
We need to know whether to go ahead with this.
