Final arrangements for those attending the Pink Singers 25th anniversary ball tomorrow are given below. If you haven't yet bought tickets, this is the very last opportunity! Tickets are £25 each. Please call 07020 934 678 by 3pm on Saturday and we will make arrangements for you to collect your tickets on the day. You may purchase more than two tickets per person if you wish.

Subject: [pinkies-choir] The Final Ball Arrangements & Final Chance To Get Tickets

Dear Pinkies,

 

The time is almost upon us to PARTY!!!!!!. Please remember to arrive at Westminster Pier between 7pm - 7.20pm, the boat starts boarding at around 7.15pm and will leave promptly at 7.30pm. You will have the opportunity to have your photo taken, which you will be able to download after the event as a keep sake. We will also be taking a group photo for the Pride magazine, which you can be in if you wish.

 

Please remember the dress code for the ball is formal and we would love to see people in black tie, but we realise not everybody has a tux in the wardrobe. All participants must be smarty dressed and no one should wear jeans, t-shirts, trainers or cords.

 

You will need to show your ticket, as you board the boat, however Annie & I will be on hand with a list of everybody that brought tickets in case of problems.  When you board don't forget to pick up your free glass of wine or orange juice.

 

The rough time table for the evening is as follows:

 

7.30pm - 8pm - Chance to mingle

8pm - 9pm - Buffet

9pm - 9.30pm - Speech's & Cake

9.30pm - 11.15pm - Disco

11.30 - Disembark.

 

The hot buffet will consist of:

 

Chicken supreme Stroganoff

Mushroom Stroganoff

Hot potatoes

Rice

Mixed Salads

Coleslaw.

French bread and butter.

A limited number of Dairy free meals are available.
