This is the Official PJ Smith Yahoo Group, designed to share PJ's music with as many people as possible and to provide a forum for his friends fans to chat about his career.

Living between Dublin and Los Angeles, P.J. has steadily made a name for himself within the music industry as both a brilliant songwriter and performer. P.J.'s career began with the Irish band No Sweat, who had a Top 40 hit in Europe with "Heart and Soul". Other credits include The Search, Toe (with Tonic's Dan Lavery), and most currently Clock, a band comprised of drummer Mark Schulman (Cher, Foreigner, Billy Idol), bassist Sasha Krivstov (New Radicals), and Vivian Campbell (Dio, Whitesnake, Riverdogs, Rob Lamothe, Def Leppard). P.J.'s songwriting has been extended to Def Leppard, MiniBar, Carly Hennessey, and country singer Mark Wills.

PJ is joined in his band by guitar player/radio affiliate Brian Coffman (Judy Judy Judy), bass player and producer Jim Wirt, and drummer/film editor Paul Crowder (editor of "Dogtown and Z-Boys", 2001 winner at the Sundance film festival).
