So great to see PT in NYC again ...
unfortunately, PT has to foot the bill for the mini-tour ...
heck, Richard Barbieri tried to get a drink after the
show and the bar was already closed!! ... the band
needed to pay a fee to keep it open ... RB got a drink
... without a lemon wedge, cos they were already
packed away!! ... managed to pick up a copy of the
double LP of archive tracks, on yellow vinyl ... added
plus, all four members of the band signed it
...

great show ... blending more recent tracks with older
rockers ...

too bad so many of the seats were
filled with record label people ... but then again, PT
might get a better deal here in the states because of
last night ... and maybe a more extensive tour will
happen next time ...

according to Richard B. ...
the band has lost money every time they've been in
the states ...

I still feel fortunate to have
seen them live ... after seeing PT live at the
Knitting Factory in 99, I figured by now they would be a
huge success in the states ... but time crawls along
sometimes ...

anyone else make it to the
show??

-- cheers ... Bob D.
