Glad you enjoyed the show at the bottom line. I
did too but that venue is in Philadelphia not N.Y.C.
Anyway, I don't believe Porcupine Tree played in New York
lately but I know they played at the Knitting Factory
there in the not too distant past. Too bad Djam Karet
or Banco didn't make it down to the Bottom Line.
They were my other favorite bands at Nearfest. If
anyone hear likes Porcupine Tree(and obviously you all
do)then you owe to yourselves to at least check out Djam
Karet. They are a little weirder and less commercial(at
least than the most recent Tree) but very Spacey and
very good. Their latest New Dark age is excellent and
a great place to start.
