What a strange sensation...
yeasterday i was listening to "From Langley Park to Memphis"...the moment of
the song Nightingales was very sad.
I think no-one can write songs like that in the world today...other times,
other sensations, other ways to feel joy, the sun and the moon, this earth.
This is a complicate, conflitual world, where a songwriter can't feel this
sensations the way McAloon feeled at his time.
Today we can find a Beach Boys song in a Pearlfishers or Adventures in
stereo tune...the same for a lot of bands inspired by the Prefab
Sprout...but it isn't the same thing. The same McAloon play music in a
different style.
I speak a very bad english and i don't know if i can explain what i have to
say. Hope you understand me...
Now Playing : Prefab Sprout - Nightingales. I'm sad
