Extracting DTS to unencoded WAVS! Finally!   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #3308 of 3458 |
Well, first off, I apologize for sending this msg to several places,
as I've had quite a few folks asking about it.

I FINALLY have been successful at this. I've found that there are
several ways to do it, but what follows is the best I've found!

FIRST OFF!

Win DVD Platinum MUST be installed on the PC. I advise you to download
it and install. I will not give you a link to this program, but it can
be easily found online or on Usenet. BTW it must be a registered
version, so NO demo or 30-days trial !!!

You can find it at
http://www.doom9.org Download from the “download” section

3rd -

DTSParser10.exe
4th -

HyperCubeTrascoder - This is the Main interface

Directions:
Open DTSParser10.exe >

Select “Rebuild Stream” and press the button “DTS file….”

Chose DTSWAV and load in 01.wav.

The file 01.wav is now parsed to 01.wav.fixed.dts.

Then Run HyperCubeTranscoder. Chose the proper input file
*.wav.fixed.dts. and be sure and check your sampling freq, six channel
WAV output. and let it RIP!

ENJOY!
