Hi all -

I am new to this group and have been a fan of ragtime for years. I
have actually composed 3 rags that I would like to look at getting
published. Can anyone give me some names of publishers who might
handle rags?

I think they are a lot of fun, and can also be used for teaching
purposes. All are copyrighted. I would rate their difficulty as
follows:

Blueberry Cheese Cake Walk: moderate
Tennis Shoe Two-Step: advanced
Shmatutti-Frutti: moderately advanced

On a related note: has anyone self-published any compositions? How
hard is that?

Thanks - I look forward to your feedback....!
Marty
