It's extremely unlikely that you'll find someone to
publish your music. Most of us publish the music
ourselves. Just put the music to good notation and
print them yourself, with a nice heavy-paper cover
(and back) design, with a looped comb binder. Almost
all the music I see at ragtime festivals (there's a
whole lot!) is self published.
