Yep, over a year in advance, but Rock Gone Wild is having a presale on
their Platinum VIP tickets and VIP tickets on August 1st. But, you
have to be a member of fevertalk.net to get in on the presale. The
event is scheduled for August 20th - 23rd, 2009 in Algona Iowa and will
feature over 50 national bands on 2 stages. First band announcements
are coming on August 25th. Additionally, Blastzone Entertainment will
have 2 stages featuring regional and national up and coming bands
playing between the mainstage acts.
Platinum VIP tickets are $565 and are limited to 500. And VIP tickets
are $365 and are limited to 1000 tickets.
So, if you are interested, head over to www.fevertalk.net and sign up

Ya, unfortunately, the show was cancelled late last week due to an
issue with the talent buyer and the venue. The December 8th show at
the Tulalip casino is still on.

Hey everyone
I cannot seem to find any info about the show in tacoma --it says
nothing on the factory website and nothing on the rail calender. Help
me please to locate the info so I can go and party down
I'm really excited about this gig!
The next day there is a huge drumming event at the
Puyallup Fairgrounds called "Woodstick" and I've
talked Kelly into playing (along with hundreds and
hundreds of other drummers) to help set a new world
record.
Check it out at www.woodstick2007.com and if you can
play drums, PLEASE come join us! All you need is a
trap kit and the basic rock beat...I did it last
year...and if I can do it, ANYBODY can do it! LOL
Looks like we'll all be booking rooms at the new
Emerald Queen Casino Hotel in Fife. ($109/night, $89
for AAA members.)
The weekend is going to ROCK!!!

If your interested, Kelly Nobles has a new side project called Blue
Tattoo and they are playing their first gig on Friday night, August
24th and again on the 25th at The Pheasant in Hermiston Oregon. I
think they are going on at 9:00PM both nights. Playing mostly classic
hard rock covers for the moment, with some originals inthe works.
Their lead singer, Gene Miller, is phenomenal. So, if your in the
area, come on out and party with us and listen to some great live
music.

plan ahead for these things.

Welcome Sherrie! Glad you were able to figure out what you were
looking to do. Some new RAIL dates should be coming out shortly. I
know of a couple thus far, but will wait for the official word
before posting anything.

Thanks - Lori actually answered my question the best. I was talking
about the Members Only stuff on the left. I'm new to Yahoo Groups
(or any message board really) and didn't understand how to navigate

tackle it head on. Thanks for the responses and hopefully if the

Hi Sherri,
Welcome back to the world of Rail! ;-)
To change your e-mail preferences:
Scroll down to the bottom of this e-mail where it says
"YAHOO! GROUPS" and click on "Change settings via the
web."
That will open a new window where you can change your
profile, e-mail addy, etc.
Scroll down to "Step 2. Message Delivery"
You can choose either:
"Special Notices - Receive only important email
notices from the group moderator."
-OR-
"Web Only - Don't get notified of the latest
happenings. Read messages only on the web."
I choose "Daily digest" for a couple of groups I
belong to, cos they really get messages flying. I want
to read them, but not ALL of them. ;-) Daily digest
send you one e-mail per day with that day's
activities. Of course, we don't all respond on the
same day here, so that's probably not an option you'd
want! ;-)
Hope this helps.
ROCK'n'RAIL!!!

Not sure what "Members Only" items you are talking about, but there
are links on the left hand side of the page for photos. That's about
all you are going to find here other than the occassional discussion
about upcoming shows or show reviews by other members. This is not
necessarily a place to chat back and forth with the band as most of
the band members do not check this board on a regular basis.
